🌱 My background

Coming from Space Design, I first worked on physical and social journeys, in direct contact with the public: retail, socio-cultural, housing development, while moving towards positions of responsibility and coordination roles with different stakeholders (public-private and professional, product, technical, and marketing teams). These experiences have given me a solid understanding of the customer journey, user relationships, and operational project management.

For the past three years, I have been dedicating myself to digital product design as an entrepreneur, with a particular appetite for complex and unusual projects: niche sectors, strong regulatory constraints, sensitive uses, or hard-to-reach audiences. Demanding environments that require as much ethical and technical rigor as the ability to invent solutions where standard approaches are not enough.

🌟 My approach

Working on high-stakes projects (regulatory, social, or technical) has led me to develop a particular requirement in the design of user journeys: secure, inclusive, and grounded in real-world usage. I navigate between platform constraints, visibility imperatives, and the concrete needs of the people who use these products. Convinced that digital design is above all a matter of human relationships, I place usage, meaning, and impact at the heart of every experience I build.
