The Challenge:In a car dealership, every missed call is lost revenue. However, mechanics and the manager are often busy with hands-on work or with clients, making it impossible to answer the phone immediately. The need was twofold: to stop missing calls and to automate appointment booking without human intervention.

The Solution:I designed and deployed an AI Telephone Agent capable of holding a fluid and natural conversation with clients, understanding their issues (breakdown, service, quote), and managing the dealership's schedule in real-time.

Brain & Logic (n8n + OpenAI):Using n8n to orchestrate the call flow. The AI analyzes the client's request, checks the availability of service bays/mechanics, and qualifies the urgency of the breakdown.

Voice Interface (Voice AI):Integration of ultra-realistic voice synthesis (latency < 500ms) for a customer experience indistinguishable from a human (callrouded).

Appointment Booking (Google Calendar):Direct connection to the dealership's calendar. The AI suggests time slots, confirms the appointment, and sends an automatic SMS confirmation.

Knowledge Base:The agent is trained on the dealership's pricing (fixed service rates, hourly rates) to instantly answer price inquiries.

Results & Impact:This system enables the dealership to operate with an open reception 24/7. Routine calls (appointment booking, inquiries about hours) are handled 100% by the AI, allowing the team to focus on mechanical work and in-person customer service.

The Challenge:Real estate co-ownership is a technical subject that generates many questions but few immediate conversions. The need was to automate first-level legal advice while capturing qualified leads.

The Solution:I designed a Conversational Agent on WhatsApp, acting as a virtual consultant available 24/7.

Brain (RAG):The agent relies on a vector database indexing hundreds of legal rules and documents. It doesn't 'guess'; it retrieves the exact information.

Body (n8n & WhatsApp):Using n8n to orchestrate real-time interactions and connect the model's intelligence to the WhatsApp interface.

Objective (Conversion):The agent is programmed with a commercial 'personality': it responds, reassures, and then suggests connecting with a human expert at the opportune moment.
