Tasks:

- Inventory, description, classification of business processes related to Core Banking activities.

- Inventory, description, classification of business processes related to treasury activities including accounting processes and regulatory reporting,

- Description of products and associated operating rules

- Identification of stakeholders.

- Collection and documentation of all elements contributing to the understanding of this detailed mapping.

- Review, update list of functions related to business processes in coordination with members of the business teams.

- Consulting and roadmap writing

Ï-NAYA Consulting – Société Générale Mission – MOA Project Manager Cash Management – Val de Fontenay – March 2021 to December 2021

Description: Automation of cash management foreign exchange operations on the BancS application. Application managing payment methods for 7 European branches (London, Frankfurt, Brussels, Amsterdam, Zurich, Madrid, Milan), Asia, Warsaw.

These applications, one in particular, manage the exchange of flows with local client/bank exchange systems, SWIFT, domestic clearing systems, SEPA, TARGET2, treasury, account keeping, account statements and banking operation information restitution, and produce local regulatory reports. These applications exchange flows with multiple applications within the Société Générale IT system.

Tasks:

- Business process analysis (implementation and adaptation to business processes)

- Management of functional project ownership and validation activities concerning the maintenance of the CASH EUROPE or ASIA IT system.

- Management of functional project ownership with middle offices, back offices, business analysts, CASH EUROPE/ASIA IT development, and publishers.

- Monitoring and control of fixes delivered by our publisher at each sprint (Operating in Agile method)

- Management of the testing strategy and monitoring the test execution phase

- Performance of certain qualification tests

- Implementation (proposal of improvements, expression of needs, testing of requested evolutions, reporting of post-migration issues)

- Gathering and expressing client needs, Writing functional and technical documentation.

- Optimization and automation of operational processes in collaboration with other teams

- Consideration of consistency checks in the tool concerning provisions allocated to deals

- Support to the business during accounting closing periods

- Writing User Stories in JIRA

- Presentation of User Stories in Sprint Planning

- Coordination between the business and development teams in India (TCS)

- Writing functional documents

- Functional acceptance testing
