RxNet is a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) used in prescription lens manufacturing sites. This solution covers a wide range of functions, including order management, production, machine control, invoicing, and shipping.

Mustapha was part of the Roll-Out team within the Essilor-Luxottica IT department. This team is responsible for replacing the old system with the target solution.

In this context, and for the Poland and France regions, he was entrusted with the following tasks:

- Analysis of gaps between the current system and the target system.

- Coordination between IT teams (product management, development, infrastructure) and business teams (production, finance, logistics, NPI, engineering) globally.

- Design and specification of RxNet technical solutions.

- Execution of acceptance and non-regression tests.

- Management of production deployments.

- Training of Level 2 support teams.

- Management of production incidents

- Development of tools such as scripts, dashboards, and testing tools

Business Analyst:

Implementation of a Data Lake

Selection of data sources to integrate into the Data Lake in alignment with business needs.

Writing specifications, gathering input from end-users, defining the service offering, and

Promoting the Data Lake to business units.

Monitoring data quality

Facilitating workshops with application production teams and data managers.

Managing Agile ceremonies (Daily, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, etc.).

Data Analyst:

Development of Power BI Dashboards for various group business units: Finance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Logistics, Facility Management, etc.)

Low-code Developer:

Study of the Power Platform redesign of the existing application portfolio.

Prototyping and development of low-code applications.

Change management: training employees, promoting the Power Platform, and assisting in integrating low-code/no-code into T&T's service catalog.
