Mustapha El-Bahraoui

With an engineering degree in Hydraulics, Environment, and Urban Engineering from the Hassania School of Public Works, following a deep theoretical background in Maths/Physics in preparatory classes for grandes écoles, I currently hold the position of Water and Environment Manager within the Community of Communes of Pithiverais Gâtinais. My main mission is to lead the acquisition of skills related to public Water and Sanitation services and to manage the concessions for these two services, while ensuring the optimization and viability of projects in compliance with the environment.

Building on my experience as a Project Manager in Civil Engineering and Urban Hydraulics at various organizations, I have specialized in technical, coordination, project management, and public procurement areas. In collaboration with my teams, I have successfully led projects that contribute to the safety and well-being of communities. My professional commitment is to continue developing sustainable and effective solutions for the challenges of water, energy, environment, and urban development.
