It is in this context that the startup entrusted me with the responsibility of the e-commerce site and the technical scaling strategy of the company.

- Creation and implementation of test scenarios (A/B test, user test & Guerilla Test)

Wivoo is a consulting agency & start-up studio, a reference in Product Management! The Parisian ESN supports its clients, from Scale Ups to large companies, in the construction of their digital product without distinction thanks to the intervention of enthusiasts. It is with the opening of a subsidiary in Bordeaux that the company entrusted me, as the first consultant, with the mission of supporting the structure in its proper development.

Loisirs Enchères is an innovative company that puts the law of supply and demand back at the center by offering French people the opportunity to buy their leisure activities (Travel, Hotels, Restaurant, Wellness, etc.) at auction.

It is in this context that the startup entrusted me with the project of internalizing the mobile application until then developed by a London agency. Following the success of the project, Loisirs Enchères also gave me responsibility for the products (applications and website).

- Feasibility assessment of product opportunities as well as their relevance according to the company's strategy in collaboration with the various departments (Finance, IT, Marketing, Client & Commercial).

- Design of prototypes and presentation to the executive committee.

- Coordination and facilitation of teams and service providers to identify the need and maximize the value of the products.

- Design and communication of the roadmap by estimating the resources and workload required for each phase.

- Creation and facilitation of ideation workshops with all employees

- Organization and facilitation of Design Sprint

- Forecasting and anticipation of technological and usage developments

- Definition of objectives and assumptions of results
