I am a graduate engineer and MBA with over 15 years of professional experience at the interface of technology, business, and organization.

As a freelancer, I support companies in optimizing complex processes, managing their costs, and in strategic product and business development.

I have a particular focus on digital identity and eIDAS 2.0: at a leading provider of security technology, I led a project that developed central infrastructure components for the EUDI Wallet ecosystem – including an Issuer Suite and a Verifier Suite – thereby covering both the credential issuance and verification sides of the trust framework. Currently, I am involved in a project with a renowned financial service provider that deals with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and payment use cases via the EUDI Wallet. I thus support organizations along the entire value chain – from component development to the regulatory and business embedding of specific use cases.

I bring extensive experience from international corporations – including as Director Performance Management at a globally leading security technology group – where I successfully established and managed KPI systems, IT budget processes, and digital business models. Additionally, as a Senior Product Manager, I was responsible for global product portfolios, successfully developed market strategies, and achieved millions in savings through standardization measures.

I combine operational implementation strength with strategic foresight – and am at home in both classic and agile structures. Clients particularly benefit from my ability to holistically connect economic, technical, and organizational perspectives.
