During my various experiences in sales, I have acquired very good training regarding good customer relations. I am naturally cheerful and smiling, which allows me to be pleasant and to have a good phone rapport and to be able to transmit the necessary information for a good exchange.

I have just completed a training course for medical-social assistant secretaries, which has allowed me to acquire new skills in communication and activity organization, to ensure appropriate reception and follow-up, to produce current professional documents, and to manage and schedule appointments.

I am organized and rigorous in my work in order to best carry out the missions entrusted to me.
