With a strong constraint of changing the Health hosting provider: need for a complete technical redesign of the ClicRDV by Solocal appointment booking solution. Reorganization of the squad with 7 developers, 5 DevOps, 1 QA, and 1 UX designer. Implementation of the SCRUM methodology and associated rituals. PO/PM in charge of delivery and RUN.
