Context: Worked within an agency on several strategic SaaS platforms for major clients, progressing from Full-Stack Developer to Lead Developer over 3 years and 9 months. Key mission: design and deployment of a cross-channel gamification SaaS platform (Mobile, Tablet, Kiosk) for lead generation, deployed at events for several major clients.

Achievements:

Leadership: Managed 4 developers (Front & Back), coordinated with business units, led sprints, code reviews, technical decisions.

Architecture: Modular and decoupled architectures (NestJS / Next.js / TypeScript for new development, Symfony for legacy), multi-tenant Keycloak SSO.

Gamification: Cross-channel user journeys, game engines (wheel, quiz, scratch cards), real-time scoring and KPIs.

Business Management: Contract and user role management modules, automation of budget rules and multi-level approval workflows, dashboards.

Data: Onboarding, profile management, notifications, detailed exports (CSV/Excel), configurable prize draws, bulk catalog imports.

Security: 2FA authentication, OTP, JWT, OAuth2, compliant with OWASP and enhanced security standards.

Maintenance: Fixed critical bugs on a B2B/B2C e-commerce platform under Sylius, optimized back-office and UX.

Results: Gamification platform successfully deployed at several major events, significant increase in qualified leads. Contract management platform widely adopted upon release (100+ active contracts). E-commerce platform stabilized (+95% fewer critical bugs), automated catalog upload (8h → 5 min).
