As a customer care manager for over two years, I place customer satisfaction at the heart of the company's concerns.

I work hand in hand with development and product teams to contribute to improving the customer experience.

I support the support team (level 1 and 2). I adapt according to the different communication channels used (Zendesk, Ringover, Slack, Atlassian...).

I escalate blocking points and recurring requests to the dedicated departments and ensure that each customer receives a response to their request within the allotted time.

Additionally, to support the user, I create documentation (FAQs, tutorials) on the tool.
