SURF:

SURF is a web application that I designed and developed from the ground up, with the objective of end-to-end, real-time supervision of fiber/router deployment production for a client. This supervision must be able to alert on various problems encountered in production.
Example: a contractor needs to install a router at a client's home tomorrow, but the router has not been ordered.
I initiated this project, chose the technologies (Java for back-end and Angular for front-end), and set up the entire technical architecture. I also configured GitLab-CI pipelines with specific merge rules, and deployed the application across multiple environments (Dev, Staging, Prod) hosted on Kubernetes.
In parallel, I established an Agile organization, managing the design of Epics, User Stories, and tasks, to precisely meet business needs. I also integrated a SAFe train to actively participate in key ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt. This allowed me to express, prioritize, and plan my needs with the teams responsible for the Data Layer, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives.
This project, started solo, saw the team grow around me, allowing me to play a leading role both technically and functionally, by mentoring new joiners and ensuring the overall consistency of the solution.
