Telecom Exos, officially known as Telecom Externals Operating Systems, is a French company founded in 1999, specializing in the design, development, and marketing of IT and telecommunications solutions. It stands out for its expertise in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and primarily serves clients with high-value-added contact centers, whether public or private. I participated in a major project to create an internal application allowing business experts to effectively manage their configuration files.

Within the Safran group, recognized for its excellence in the field of aeronautics and defense, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of an innovative application aimed at improving the production quality of engine parts. This project, at the heart of Safran's performance and reliability strategy, focuses on the creation of an application for the rigorous management of test specimens, key elements in the quality control process.

As part of my assignment at Kleverware, a leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), I was responsible for the design and development of a new application aimed at revolutionizing how Kleverware interacts with its clients. This application was developed from scratch with the goal of creating a fluid interface between Kleverware's back-office services, including sales administration, support, and delivery, and its clientele.
