Intervention within BPCE SI – Financial Security (MYSYS/EQUINOXE) teams as a project manager to lead a strategic project aimed at industrializing and securing the processing of alerts related to market abuse, internal fraud, and mixed fraud. The objective is to ensure enhanced regulatory compliance and better traceability of investigations. This project covers the deployment of 2 Case Managers across 33 BPCE Group entities (Savings Banks, Popular Banks, subsidiaries). Technical environment: Confluence, CLARITY, ALM CLIENT, PACK OFFICE, SQL, JIRA, HUBVISION, FIGMA Design and scoping:

• Facilitating workshops for gathering business needs (Compliance, entities)

• Drafting the functional specifications document

• Defining use cases and associated requirements

• Coordinating architecture and production application teams for infrastructure setup

• Expressing needs to UX and validating mock-up proposals

• Coordinating GDPR and Security teams Project management:

• Cross-functional coordination between BPCE SI, BPCE SA (compliance and data), BPCE IT (production application), developers, architects, UX, entities.

• Developing and monitoring the project schedule (batching, milestones, workload)

• Monitoring budget, risks, and corrective actions

• Preparing materials, facilitating project committees (COPRO, COPIL) and drafting meeting minutes Implementation and deployment:

• Managing development and configuration phases of Case Managers

• Implementing the acceptance testing strategy, drafting test cases, and executing project acceptance testing.

• Supporting users during business acceptance testing

• Phased deployment of the solution across 33 entities

• Change management: training/demos, drafting user guides, post-deployment user support

Context: Reinforcement of AML/CFT MOA to manage and coordinate various AML/CFT projects, particularly evolutions on the SAS AML tool and the version upgrade project to SAS AML Viya 8.3 Technical environment: JIRA, SAS AML, SAS VIYA, PACK OFFICE, SQL, QTEST• Project management and coordination of SAS and AG2R teams for the version upgrade• Facilitating workshops for gathering business needs• Drafting support materials and facilitating the kick-off for project start• Functional and technical breakdown of tasks and development of design documents (Dow Jones alerts, transaction alerts, Workflow, data recovery...)

• Drafting functional user stories and prioritizing the JIRA backlog• Facilitating agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master (sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective planning...)

• Drafting the version upgrade acceptance testing strategy and test cases in the Qtest tool• Functional acceptance testing of deliveries from the development team• Preparing and facilitating demo workshops with the business

• Facilitating scoping workshops with the business

• Modeling target journeys with BPM (Business Process Management)

• Implementing Wireframes (mock-ups) and validating with UX
