Project: Safe Scrum Master on 2 teams within the Retail Train. Development of features on applications related to the personalization of leather goods products.

Roles:

• Scrum team level (2 teams) ○ Ensure that the principles and values ​​of agile are followed and understood. ○ Facilitate exchanges between team members as well as with external teams. ○ Monitoring and preparation of sprint KPIs / team capacity. ○ Monitoring, preparation and animation of agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint demo, sprint retrospective) ○ Set up and monitor improvement actions defined by the team during retrospectives ○ Monitoring PI objectives and sprint objectives, raising alerts.

• Train level ○ Participate in the Dior Scrum practice. ○ Participation in Scrum of Scrums. ○ Preparation of releases in Prod. ○ Monitoring and preparation of SAFe ceremonies. ○ Co-animate the Inspect & Adapt ceremonies with the other scrums and the RTE.

Project 1: Safe Scrum Master on several teams within the Data Train. Development of projects such as the generation of data reports based on activities in the park (ticket sales/hotels) for business decisions.

Roles:

• Animations of agile ceremonies on 2 teams.

• Support for agility in teams: implementation of WSJF, adoption of Jira/Miro, Jira Training, Implementation of Jira Structure for monitoring features at the train level, ...

• Organization of Program Increment Planning: team breakouts for planning, draft/Final plan, creation of PI Objectives, creation of risks, planning of work including cross train adherences. Use of Miro & Jira.

• Support on good development practices (unit tests, code review, documentation, pair programming).

• Use of Jira/Confluence: monitoring of tickets (Epic, Features, Enablers, US, …), PI Objectives, risks, releases, centralization of documentation (Process, Projects, Resources, …).

• Activity reporting / Progress status / OnePager report / End of sprint Kpi (Burndown, velocity chart, Quality,…).

Ingestion and delivery of audio/video content (albums) on digital platforms – SAFe organization of 9 Squads / 3 Trains.

Roles:

• Animation of agile rituals (Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, Demo, Grooming, Planning, Daily).

• Support for the team of 6 developers (evaluation, agile training, support in skills development, training/empowerment).

• Coordination with the RTE.

• Participation in the development of PI Planning: planning / execution / reporting.

• Implementation of Definition of Ready/Done.

• Conflict management / Implementation of iceBreaker rituals.

• Support on good development practices (unit tests, code review, documentation, pair programming).

• Use of Jira/Confluence.

• Activity reporting / Progress status: End of sprint Kpi (Burndown, velocity chart, …), quarterly reports.

• Facilitate the management of cross-team adherences: organization/animation of dedicated points.

• Structure team activities (study workshops, brainstormings, monitoring).

• Pilot and deliver the business roadmap: planning of projects at the start of the quarter – execution/monitoring and post-delivery communication.

• Communication/Facilitation with the various stakeholders.

• Monitoring of release management.
