- Lead and support DEMATHIEU BARD's prevention policy: prevention actions on construction sites, safety induction, analysis of accidents, monitoring and analysis of near-miss/hazardous situation reports, communication materials (news flash, QSE reporting, 1/4h safety topics)

- Support the operational team in their mission to improve site prevention: PPSPS, appropriate tools, appropriate solutions/operating methods, etc.

- Produce and update safety documentation: PPSPS, Emergency Plans, etc.

- Ensure regulatory watch related to hygiene, safety, working conditions, and the environment.

- Organize and lead QSE events: DEMATHIEU BARD's national QSE meetings, 1/4h safety, 1/4h environment, etc.

- Participate in CISSCT meetings (construction site, line 15 south) with the CSPS and other Grand Paris construction site bodies.

- Ensure reporting of activities and fill in SGP dashboards and DEMATHIEU BARD dashboards.

- Manage the site (management of construction site facilities, concessionaire management, etc.).

- Manage the construction site's logistics unit.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations on the construction site.

- Ensure the quality of works (self-inspection, FNC, hold points, etc.).
