Coordinate with business teams to plan server migration. Design migration scenarios for virtual machines (IP, DNS changes, etc.). Perform manual migration for non-AD or OS machines (Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows NT, Windows XP). Perform automated migration with Quest AD Migrator for VMs (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows 7/10), including preliminary steps such as decrypting systems protected by Trellix, disabling Trellix antivirus if necessary, installing and activating the AD Migrator Pro agent. Test and validate migration by checking connectivity, access, and logs. Restore VMs in case of issues, using available backups. Migrate VMs between vCenters via Cross vCenter vMotion.

Administer VMware (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN), Microsoft Windows, and Linux environments. Manage storage, backup, and DR infrastructure via Veeam. Administer vSAN, manage Synology NAS for backups. Monitor virtualized infrastructure performance, optimize CPU and memory resources using VMware vROps. Upgrade from vSphere 6.7 to vSphere 7.0, including upgrading 10 ESXi servers and 200 virtual machines. Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD, Automation, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Handle requests and incidents, providing Level 2 and 3 technical support. Maintain the infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. Monitor equipment and services to ensure their availability and performance.

Actively contribute to technical documentation related to networks and security. Monitor the network infrastructure with a monitoring solution (WhatsUp). Resolve incidents. Administer individual security credentials for Wi-Fi connections via DPSK.
