Participated in the migration of Decathlon's worldwide merchant and partner platform billing solutions to a centralized microservices architecture. Through a service-oriented approach to ensure scalability, resilience, and integration of existing systems. Agile methodology (KANBAN) adopted to guarantee delivery efficiency, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of 6 developers and a Product Owner. Contribution to key phases: functional analysis, technical design, development, testing, and continuous deployment.

Participated in the development of a B2B payment solution for the ADEO group's subsidiaries, including Leroy Merlin and Bricoman. The objective was to offer a more flexible platform, allowing payment deadlines and methods to be adapted to the specific needs of professionals (deferred payment, installment, bank transfer, etc.). The project was carried out using Agile SCRUM methodology, with short iterations promoting strong responsiveness to user feedback. We were a team of 6 developers supervised by a Product Owner and a project manager.

Involvement in various projects across several sectors (Energy, Retail, Recycling, and Valorization):

- Java Design Engineer at Enedis, I developed and maintained a centralized solution for managing electrical connections, in a Safe Scrum environment and with a WebMethod middleware.

- MCO Team Lead at Suez RV, I managed the maintenance of an analytical reporting solution for waste valorization, using Kanban methodology.

These experiences combine backend development, incident management, and agile team coordination.
