This opportunity involved assisting our clients in implementing robust Data Governance, by defining the roles, processes, and standards necessary to ensure data quality, security, and valorization. The migration of Master Data Management solutions was implemented, from the analysis of the existing system to the deployment of the new platform, ensuring operational continuity and data integrity throughout the project.

Activities:

– Design and implementation of data platforms oriented towards Data Products and Data Governance for clients (banking, institutions)

– Definition of Data Platform architectures integrating MDM, Data Catalog, and virtualization (Denodo)

– Leadership of the transformation towards a Data-Centric approach aligned with business objectives

– Implementation of unified data repositories (MDM) integrated into a global data architecture

– Coordination between Data, IT, and business teams to accelerate data valorization

– Contribution to the definition of scalable Data Platform strategies (preparation for Lakehouse / cloud data)

Thanks to the success of the MDM migration and the structuring of Data Governance, clients now have a unique and consistent repository, accelerating business processes and strengthening data trust. The deployed governance ensures continuous control over data quality, compliance, and lifecycle.

This opportunity involved defining and developing a Data Driven Enterprise strategy focused on a Data-Centric approach. To achieve this, the storage offering required data expertise in data processing, Master Data Management, and Data Governance.

– Definition of a Lakehouse-oriented Data Platform strategy for multi-sector clients

– Evaluation and integration of modern solutions (Databricks, Data Catalog, Data Governance)

– Design of the target architecture (data ingestion, storage, governance, BI)

– Facilitation of Data & Tech architecture workshops with stakeholders

– Contribution to the transformation towards scalable and cloud-ready architectures

This offering generated client requests and required personalized support. The analysis of existing solutions and technological watch were crucial for the development of the Data Driven Enterprise strategy.

As part of the RPM project, the company implemented an MDM to ensure data quality, traceability, and exchange. In this context, it was necessary to support the various stakeholders in this initiative to raise awareness about data monitoring and consolidation through a defined Data Governance strategy.

Activities:

– Design of a Data Platform architecture on AWS integrating Data Vault, MDM, and BI

– Implementation of industrialized data pipelines (ETL / orchestration / quality)

– Structuring data according to Data Vault models to prepare for the evolution towards Lakehouse

– Technical leadership and coordination of an international team (10 developers)

– Data quality and governance implementation to support advanced analytical uses

– Contribution to the evolution towards modern and scalable data architectures

Result:

The MDM version upgrade allowed stakeholders to benefit from quality data, validated by business units. This data from the MDM was used in Power BI dashboards, facilitating information analysis and cross-referencing.
