 Management of internal and external APIs, enabling communication and transport of paper invoices with Docapost, and electronic invoices with Chorus.

 Project for dematerialization and electronic signature of client contracts in Docusign.

 Creation of an appointment management platform for sales representatives.

 Project for transferring Mobile-MVNO data between SCT-Telecom and other operators (Orange and SFR).

 Management of the client CRM and the Centile VOIP platform.

 Transfer of VGA orders and CDRs. Logistics and hardware orders.

 Responsible for the monthly processing of CDRs for fixed and mobile invoices.

 Automating batch systems for detecting international fixed and mobile fraud.

 Providing technical support and corrective/evolutionary maintenance for all 4D and Web platforms, managing user support tickets in JIRA.
