Context:

As part of Manutan's digital transformation, I joined the Digital Factory team to create the first development team, which was later expanded for the redesign of the E-Commerce site.

Team: A team of about twenty people forming 5 feature teams.

Responsibilities:

o Implementation and setup of a MACH architecture (Microservices / API-First SAAS Headless)

o Development of a workflow management application:

o Development of WS APIs in JAVA

o Development of a Front-end in ReactJS / Next.JS / TailwindCSS

o Development of various search APIs based on Elastic Search:

o Optimization of search results.

o Development of APIs in JAVA to facilitate and secure interaction with ElasticSearch.

o Development of POC for the Headless CMS Contentful, which was translated into a blog project put into production for the Benelux region, using the ReactJS / NextJS technical stack.

o Development of a POC followed by an E-commerce MVP:

o Comparative study of headless commerce platforms, and assisting managers in solution selection.

o Implementation of Nodejs APIs for interaction with the headless SAAS CommerceTools.

o Development of the ReactJS / NextJS / TailwindCSS E-commerce interface for managing the cart/order and user journey.

o Implementation of SSO Login security using the Forgerock technical stack (AM/IDM/DS)

o Development of several backend WS in JAVA/QUARKUS for managing: Customers, Products...

o Development of E2E tests, backend part with Cucumber, and front part with Cypress.

Context:

I worked on two projects for which I provided technical expertise, with the aim of releasing a new version of a management project that ensures contact between law firms and the Ministry of Justice. This also involved securing and improving an identity management application.
