- Product Ownership | Data & Web Project Management: product vision, user stories, specifications, business & tech roadmaps, prioritization of deliverables for IT and management of product evolutions in coordination with end-users, project planning and monitoring. All while adopting a Scrum-Agile methodology.

- Database Structuring & Business Analysis: tests & comparisons to ensure data reliability, automation of extractions, implementation of graphical interfaces and relevant analyses to guide business decisions.

- Product Owner for the creation, deployment, and maintenance of a customer relationship targeting and tracking software. Pivot role between Sales and IT teams, applying the Scrum methodology.

- Redesign and change management of B2B project management processes within the company, in collaboration with Sales teams.

- Management and execution of projects/pitches (+120 since July 2017): team coordination, client needs, vision and guiding principles, market and competitor analysis, work and service recommendations, targeting strategy, sales strategy (pricing, mandate, planning...), oral presentations...

- Strategic consulting for investors/users on their real estate master plan.

- Definition of targeting strategy/commercial plan for CORE clients.

- Training & support for new joiners & liaison between management/internal clients & the team.

Project "VARIO": Implementation of a reliable credit data information system for securitization, following an IT transformation of the BPCE group (DATA preparation & exploitation).

- Establishment of specifications with various business units.

- Testing, comparison, and gap analysis then definition of necessary reprocessing, data mapping, and new management rules.

- Creation and monitoring of the data production chain for end-users (access, macros, excel...)
