Within the Client's Europe Directorate: Drafting and negotiation in English and French of contracts and legal documents (GTCS, GTCUs, annual agreements, DPAs, Services, partnerships, LOI, international purchasing cooperation, settlement agreements, etc.). Management of pre-litigation and litigation. Identification of risks and recommendations. Advice and support for operational staff (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) and Senior Management. Legal research and monitoring.

Development: Implementation of the "SMO"/"GTM" strategy, internalizing network management and development. Definition and execution of the legal strategy to terminate ongoing contracts while protecting the company's interests. Negotiation and drafting of agreements (NDA, settlements, LOI, etc.).

Operations: Legal implementation of the new restaurant rating system ("REV") for over 400 franchised restaurants. Management of urgent food safety risks.

Marketing and Communication: Deployment of loyalty programs, remote ordering platform, and delivery: drafting and negotiation of contracts, review and validation of materials (product names, brands, advertisements, visuals, communications, contest rules, etc.).

Contracts: Annual update of franchise agreement templates and FDD until 2021, then drafting of new templates. Drafting, review, and validation of documents outside the scope of the global legal team (POA, service agreements, settlements, payment plans, responses to local authorities, etc.). Advice. Legal and regulatory updates for relevant teams.

Litigation Management: Hearing monitoring and minute writing, updates and management of monitoring tools. Definition of legal strategies, review of court documents in various types of proceedings (arbitration, enforcement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, enforcement measures, contract termination). Management of the DIRECCTE case from 2017 to the appeal stage. Definition of strategy with lawyers and the EMEA Legal Director. Negotiations with DIRECCTE and the 34 intervening parties. Review and validation of all acts and documents.

HR: Support for the HR Director and CEO in litigation (dismissal, liability), drafting of legal documents (employment contracts, amendments, summons, etc.). CSE: Full member since 2020.

Drafting and negotiation in English and French of contracts (franchise, NDA, supply, partnerships, LOI, international purchasing cooperation, operating lease, settlement agreements, export, etc.). Management of pre-litigation and litigation. Participation in Operational Management Committees (Franchise, Export), risk identification and recommendations, partner monitoring. Advice and support for operational staff. Drafting of opinions, legal research and monitoring.
