I advise large groups on their customer strategy. As a consultant within Oracle's Center of Excellence, I have supported major international clients in various sectors (banking, energy, cybersecurity, maritime transport, telecommunications, distribution, etc.). My main missions? Deploying/optimizing their marketing automation solutions, improving their customer journeys and revenue generation strategies, designing their new processes, and realigning their organizations.
