Extension of the hotel spaces:

_Addition of 8 rooms.

_Addition of a 3-level extension for catering, retail, and integration of 4 rooms.

Project Manager for HVAC, smoke extraction, and plumbing, involved in the complete renovation of the Pathé Clichy cinema halls in Paris and office spaces spread over four levels.

Technical Design:

Analysis of program needs and site constraints (renovation in occupied site, phasing, maintained operation).

Execution of APS / APD / PRO studies in HVAC, smoke extraction, and sanitary plumbing.

Sizing of installations: heating, air conditioning, ventilation, domestic hot water, wastewater/greywater/rainwater networks.

- Design of mechanical and natural smoke extraction systems in compliance with ERP regulations (IT 246, current decrees).

- Drafting of technical written documents (CCTP, notices, calculation notes).

- Technical synthesis across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electricity, fire safety, structure, architecture).

Production of AutoCAD plans.

- Analysis of company bids and assistance with contract awards.

Technical Site Supervision:

- Analysis and validation of execution plans (EXE, VISA).

- Technical assistance to companies during the construction phase.

- Participation in site meetings and interface coordination.

- Financial monitoring of technical lots (costs, amendments, work statements).

Management of budget variances and proposal of cost-saving alternatives.

Contribution to meeting deadlines, costs, and quality of works.

- Verification of installation compliance with designs and standards.

- Monitoring of tests, adjustments, commissioning, and punch list closure.

- Verification of DOE (As-Built Documents) and assistance with acceptance.

With over twenty years of experience in climate and energy engineering, I specialize in HVAC and plumbing design and execution. My career has allowed me to progress from draftsman to confirmed designer and then design engineer, working on various projects: luxury hotels, retail, offices, cinemas, and housing.

After a scientific baccalaureate, I pursued a degree in Thermal and Energy Engineering (IUT Ville d’Avray, HNC in Wales) and obtained a BIM Coordinator degree in 2019. I strengthened my skills through training in REVIT MEP, CYPECAD MEP, AutoCAD, and AutoFLUID.

At Cap Ingelec (2007-2017), I participated in numerous prestigious projects: luxury boutiques (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Berluti…), restaurants (McDonald’s Champs-Élysées, Vélizy…), as well as offices, hospitals, and schools. My responsibilities included plans, calculation notes, and site meetings.

Since 2017, I have been working as a design engineer. My responsibilities include: technical surveys, thermal studies, plans and CCTPs, bid analysis, document validation, and coordination between technical trades, control offices, and concessionaires. I have contributed to large-scale projects such as the Hôtel Les Lumières, the Martinez Cannes, the Marriott Ambassador, IKEA Madeleine, Pathé Wepler place de Clichy, and various office complexes.

Rigorous and committed, I master technical synthesis and site supervision, while integrating BIM and digital tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Today, I offer my services as an HVAC and plumbing designer/design engineer, with the goals of quality studies, effective coordination, and client satisfaction.
