As part of a mission at Bouygues Telecom, I work within the Transport and FTTx Directorate (DTX), more specifically within the DEI department – Operations and Infrastructure Directorate, as a legal referent within the Research and Negotiation unit.

Main missions:

Leading and coordinating land prospector teams

Analysis of the legal and administrative feasibility of identified assets

Preparation and presentation of application files to the arbitration committee

Land negotiation up to the signing of agreements

Interaction with internal departments: Legal, Governance, Asset Management

Management of relations with administrative bodies (town halls, managing agents, etc.)

Direct management of complex negotiations

Organization and holding of co-ownership general meetings

Analysis of urban planning documents (PLU, risk prevention plans, etc.)

Monitoring and reporting of performance indicators

I trained professionals in the principles and practices of real estate, construction, and urban planning law, imparting solid legal knowledge, concrete analysis methods, and practical tools adapted to on-the-ground realities.

I intervened notably on the following missions:

• Land audits and analysis of existing legal structures upstream of real estate or development projects.

• Drafting of preliminary agreements, sale or acquisition contracts, addenda, easements, contributions in kind, subdivision regulations, etc.

• Legal supervision of land purchases/sales, in conjunction with notaries, to secure the transaction and anticipate risks.

• Development of service contracts and works contracts (general contractor, design-build, subcontracting, etc.).

• Drafting of corporate documents for co-development projects: partnership agreements, shareholders' agreements, articles of association, in conjunction with legal departments.

• Participation in land negotiations (with sellers, partners), and in meetings with planning departments, residents, or local authorities.

• Support for the technical aspect, in conjunction with surveyors (boundary surveys, subdivisions, co-ownership regulations, unit entitlements, parking allocation…).

• Management of pre-litigation and litigation situations, drafting of settlement agreements and transactional agreements.

• Monitoring of insurance aspects, in conjunction with experts, brokers, or lawyers: ten-year liability, construction all-risks insurance, etc.

• Active legal watch to adapt practices to legislative and regulatory changes.
