Mission context: Responsible for managing all IT requests (RUN) in support of the Service Manager within the DSI Servier Data, reporting to 2 of the 4 divisions, specifically the Translational Medicine Research and Chemistry Manufacturing Control (CMC) divisions – comprising 9 business areas with over 200 applications.

o Agile Project Management for 3 business areas

o – Adding new features to business applications with the Agile team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, and a team of 4 developers – using 2-week Sprints with strict adherence to Scrum rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

o Predictive Project Management (V-Cycle) for 6 business areas

o – RUN requests of the type: (Enhancements - version upgrades, Anomalies, Configuration Requests, Decommissioning, Data Modification, Service Request "SRQ", Bugs - Incidents)

o Ensures listening to the business needs and writing functional specifications to be submitted to the Development teams, estimating workload by the DEV Team, then I ensure release planning and monitoring of all project stages (Dev, Test, Validation, and Production Environments);

Responsibilities:

o Represents each of the 9 business areas to the IT department to ensure that the services provided meet the needs and priorities requested, with control over quality, costs, and deadlines agreed with the IT department;

o Guarantees the progress of requests according to the defined process;

o Coordinates the implementation of requests (priorities, planning, releases), technical specification documents to be provided, acceptance test reports, etc., are produced and validated by all stakeholders involved;

o Manages daily requests and through various forums – Leads review meetings for Enhancements, Anomalies, for each of the 6 business areas represented by a Business Analyst, Quality Manager, Solution Owner, and Key User of business applications and software respectively;

o Actively participates in a Weekly Meeting Monday with the Heads of the Dev Team and the Service Manager to review the entire Request Backlog;

o Weekly participation in the CAB (Change Advisory Board)

o Monitors user tests with proof of validation archived

o Closes Projects according to Test Environment, Validation Environment, and Production Environment), technical acceptance tests performed, writing, recording, and archiving of technical documents;

o Monthly activity reporting (Activity Report and Statistics on the Top 10 Business Applications…);

Result: Over 1100 requests processed with supporting acceptance, documented, and closed

Within the framework of creating an Online Money Transfer Solution (YMoney brand):

• Facilitates the various SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, Sprint Review) for a team of 7 people and organizes them in the spirit of the Agile method,

• Acts as the interface between the DEV TEAM and the Product Owner; Ensures obstacles faced by the team are removed;

• Supports the Product Owner in the product backlog lifecycle and the implementation of effective management techniques; Contributes to the Product Owner in writing User Stories; provides assistance in the preparation and prioritization phases of the various Sprints, following the correct process to create a high-performing product;

• Facilitates communication within the team and the organization, Creates and maintains a climate conducive to self-organization and continuous improvement –

• Writes sprint reports based on team feedback and relevant indicators (Burndown Chart, Team Mood, Velocity, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, etc.);

• Project Kick-off - Proceeds with writing the Project Proposal, Project Scoping, writing the Statement of Work - Business Case…

• Project Planning - Defines project objectives, scope, requirements, constraints, deadlines, budget, organizes tasks (OT);

Defines roles and responsibilities (Responsibility Matrix), Risk Management, validates project communication rituals

• Project Execution - : Proceeds with launching project development, ensures adherence to the planning process, ensures tasks are executed on time and within budget, coordinates the work of different project stakeholders and resources according to the planned schedule, ensures each project phase delivers the results announced during the kick-off phase...

• Project Monitoring - Uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for better project tracking – Essential questions (Where are we compared to the schedule? What has already been completed? What remains to be done? Are the deadlines still realistic? Does the budget need to be re-evaluated?)

• Project Closure - validates deliverables at closure, prepares project documentation and archives all documents, ensures client satisfaction, the budget has been respected, the project has been completed on time, Lessons Learned (REX) on what worked well? and areas for improvement for future projects…
