Implementation and management of a national softphone offering:

- Analysis of existing solutions, creation of mock-ups (POC) and technical support, recommendation and technical comparison, design of LAN architectures (TCP/IP, routing, and switching), integration of selected solutions, management of deployments and monitoring of the solution's implementation and lifecycle;

- Development of the service offering with the economic model and writing of the service offering;

- Analysis and consideration of information security (SSI) constraints (approval with risk analysis and audit of deployed systems);

- Assistance, information, and advice to teams and various business departments;

- Management of selected integrators;

- Contributions to technical specifications, documentation, and technical monitoring concerning telephony technologies and solutions (SBC, SIP trunk, WebRTC, SIP...).

2) Contribution to other projects and/or contracts related to the STEL section (fixed and mobile telephony, video conferencing, Wi-Fi), particularly the management of the renewal and lifecycle of service providers and contract holders (monthly, quarterly, annual operational committee...), management of the documentary base (CCTP, addendums, escalation grids...) and communication to service users about contract updates (intranet site, email...).

● Manage the obsolescence and evolution of the Holding (OKTA - ZPA - Netscaler - Citrix …)

● Prepare and lead Infrastructure Project and Ark Board committees

● Manage the providers of the implemented solutions, ensuring the quality of services provided (OXYA, Accenture,)

● Write the architecture validation processes for the Ark Board committee

● Ensure the build to Run of migrated applications

● Ensure that technical teams adhere to schedules and allocated budgets

● Support architects in carrying out their projects

● Manage the project of migrating telephony to Microsoft Teams

● Manage the project of migrating Market Room Telephony ETRALI to IPC

● Coordinate the various teams involved in the project (development, integration, testing, business...) and ensure effective communication between them.

● Prepare and lead project steering and monitoring committees

● Manage the providers of the implemented solutions, ensuring the quality of services provided (Teams, Etrali, IPC...)

● Write the processes for transitioning to Run to ensure effective support of the solution once in production

● Ensure that technical teams adhere to schedules and allocated budgets

● Planning and monitoring of technical and Change actions

● Support change teams (Training and support)
