Missions

• Local technical support: assisting technicians during physical installation, integration, and commissioning of equipment on the optical network;
• Operational monitoring: consolidation of production KPIs (completion rate, on-time delivery, commissioning success rate) and preparation of weekly reports for the deployment manager;
• Reporting and management of field incidents: analysis of technical blockages, coordination with Nokia NOC/engineering teams, and tracking resolution until closure; Technical interface between IRIS Telecom, the manufacturer (Nokia), field teams, and end customers to ensure technical compliance and quality of deliverables.
