Evolutionary maintenance of KBuy, SAP Ariba project at Wear Kinetic, Transport sector, international context. Areas of intervention:

• - Management of the offshore Ariba technical team.

• - Gathering, formalization, and analysis of business and technical requirements for the source-to-pay purchasing scope (supplier onboarding & qualifications, purchase requisitions, orders, invoices, tolerances, approvals, KPI reporting…).

• - Scoping, fit-gap, and delta analysis with Purchasing, Procurement, and Key User teams.

• - Mapping and analysis of existing APIs, writing functional and technical specifications for integration evolutions.

• - Configuration and testing of workflow processes in collaboration with offshore teams.

• - Maintenance of Approval Lookup Files to simplify the management and maintenance of approval rules.

• - Monitoring of specific developments (custom API and CIG) with the technical team: requirement expression, agile support, and UAT testing.

• - Documentation of project progress and new functionalities.

• - Support for Key Users and participation in change management (training, support, communication).

• - Post-deployment monitoring and management of functional and technical updates.

Technical Environment:

• - SAP Ariba

◦ · P2P, JSON, cXML, catalogs, CSV lookup files, APIs, CIF, SAP master Data, Postman, workbooks files…

• - Daily collaboration with functional and MOA teams.

• - Functional workbenches with business teams to define configurations and technical developments, KPIs...

• - Data integration with other modules and ERPs like Sap MM.

• - Creation of new purchasing reports and integration on Sap cloud analysis.

• - Managing the impact of e-invoicing (electronic invoicing) on exchanges/APIs, on the receiving side.

• - Data load / Data integrations in CSV, SQL APIs.

• - Custom development in Java, SQL/PL SQL, Spring Batch, data mapping, fixing integrations or reports...

• - Leading technical team meetings; daily, demo...

• - Production monitoring and management of technical incidents and quick fixes in case of incidents.

Technical Environment:

• - If Purchasing, SAP MM, Rest APIs, XML, Json conf, CSV contracts, Postman.

• - Scrum Agility, Java 17, SQL, Git.
