At Arvato, I was part of a five-person frontend team, responsible for the further development and maintenance of our client Esprit's webshops. Due to my training as an IT systems clerk and comprehensive knowledge in web development (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), I acted as an interface between the development team and the client.

My daily tasks included regularly updating webshop content using a proprietary CMS (Zend), installing and exchanging advertising and promotional graphics, and technically implementing promotions in close collaboration with designers and marketing experts. Additionally, due to my web development knowledge, I was able to independently create new branches, perform minor bug fixes and simple adjustments, and provide them via merge requests.

Furthermore, I independently coordinated communication with the client regarding newsletter topics and promotions, where I independently updated and adapted content. I also managed the coordination of external service providers and was responsible for the timing and smooth online deployment of new content.

For task management and tracking, I used the JIRA and OTRS systems. Through my organizational and technical skills, I was able to make a significant contribution to optimizing processes and increasing customer satisfaction.

I was responsible for the following activities:

- Planning, creation, and maintenance of various web presences for care and training centers based on WordPress (Divi, Enfold, Hello Elementor). This also included planning and configuring web and mail servers with various hosting providers in coordination with internal support and the facilities.

- Implementation of marketing elements such as Meta Pixel and Conversion API for measuring success and optimizing digital campaigns.

- Graphic design tasks including vectorization, typography, and image editing for web and print media.

- Coordination and alignment of print media between the marketing department and printing companies to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
