• Project Role: Lifing Service Delivery Engineer for Rolls-Royce DAC LUC Team (Onsite)

• Enabled real-time risk tracking per life-limited component, improving predictive maintenance accuracy and reducing unplanned shop visits.

• Expert in translating engine telemetry, operational counts, and life‑data into predictive analytics for remaining life forecasting, maintenance planning, and safety assurance.

• Emphasized on up-to-date configuration based on engine telemetry, essential for forecast timing of LLP replacement and to optimise shop visit scheduling (Ensuring minimal AOG).

• Liaised between Operators and Rolls Royce's EHM team to ensure that flight data,engine configuration, LLP configuration are all tightly integrated (between Operator's ERP vs DACs).

• Managed and optimized data supply chains from internal systems, MRO providers, and external sources, ensuring high data quality & governance compliance.

Gathered feedback on modules regarding teaching style, approachability, responsiveness and individual feedback to students while ensuring anonymity. Attended Student Representative meeting to effectively critique and commend the methods of delivery wherever required. Shared ongoing issues with fellow student reps to gather insights into strategies that can help current and future students. Collaborated with client teams in gathering business requirements. Effectively covered the position of team lead for a period of over 12 months during their absence and was the single point of contact for the client in the off shore project services team. Created functional design and technical design documents for developers. Assessed existing client business flows and made suggestions on automation wherever feasible to improve effective collaboration between various modules. Optimized DB queries which reduced complex search wait times by up to 95%. Developed, Configured and deployed SAP based solutions through AS-IS to TO-BE. Collated and implemented automated test scripts that made kernel patches, regression testing, unit testing and end to end testing wait times to be significantly lower. Revamped obsolete client business flows with the help of source code refactoring.
