I develop forecast models and tracking data analyses for football clubs, associations, and sports tech companies, combined with computer vision, machine learning, and statistical validation.
Current projects include a pitch control model from broadcast video (YOLOv11, ByteTrack, TVCalib), validated against SoccerNet ground truth with an ICC of 0.83 to 0.92, developed as part of my MSc in AI Applied to Sports.
At the AWS World Sports Innovation Cup 2026, I developed two proprietary player metrics, an Awareness Index and a Pressing Quality Index, based on over 700 million TRACAB tracking data points from five Bundesliga matches, reaching the EMEA finals.
Additionally, I bring over five years of experience in digital analytics and BI from roles at Publicis Media Austria, Red Bull Media House, and Sportradar.
