I am an experienced entrepreneur and managing director with over 10 years of hands-on experience in leading companies with up to 150 employees and annual revenues in the seven-figure range. My career path includes positions in venture development at Rocket Internet SE as well as a trainee program at Deutsche Lufthansa AG.

As an interim manager, I focus particularly on operations, finance, and marketing. In my time as managing director, I was also responsible for business strategy, fundraising, investor relations, sales, and business development, as well as HR and recruiting. My core competencies include rapidly scaling companies, taking on P&L responsibility, and supporting start-ups and established companies in restructurings and successful company sales.
