Since January 2025, I have been supporting freelancers, artisans, and leaders of young SMEs in structuring and developing their communication.

I primarily work with professionals dedicated to their craft: perinatal consultants, secular ceremony officiants, caterers, artisans, local service providers, and entrepreneurs in the launch phase. Behind each project, there is an invested person, and it is this human dimension that guides my approach.

My role is not limited to producing content or managing a social network. I intervene upstream, on strategic thinking: positioning, message coherence, local visibility, offer structuring, digital tool optimization, and decision-making support.

I offer personalized support, adapted to the pace and objectives of each client. Some collaborations are one-off (audit, profile redesign, offer launch), others are long-term with monthly management and regular follow-up.

In parallel to digital communication, I also support the organization of professional events to ensure overall coherence between brand image and field experience.

I favor a relationship of trust, based on exchange, clarity, and mutual commitment. My goal is to make each project more readable, more credible, and sustainably visible.

As a leisure center director within an associative structure, I was responsible for the overall management of the center: activity organization, administrative and budgetary management, team supervision, and relations with local partners.

I coordinated a team of activity leaders, ensured recruitment, planning, and mission follow-up, while overseeing the daily operations of the center. This role allowed me to develop a structured leadership, based on communication, decision-making, and priority management.

The project dimension was central: development of educational programs, organization of events, logistical management, adherence to regulatory and budgetary constraints. I was also in contact with families, institutions, and associative partners, which required listening, diplomacy, and adaptability.

This position allowed me to strengthen essential skills that I now use in my freelance work: project management, coordination of multiple stakeholders, rapid problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to turn constraints into concrete solutions.

As an activity leader, I was in charge of supervising and supporting children within an associative leisure center.

I participated in the implementation of activities, the organization of days, and the smooth running of educational projects. This role required rigor, a sense of responsibility, and constant adaptability.

Being in direct contact with children and families allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills: listening, clear communication, managing unforeseen situations, and teamwork.

This experience also taught me to adapt quickly, manage unexpected events calmly, and collaborate effectively with different profiles within a team.
