Purchasing: Anticipating supply risks, managing forecasts, analyzing needs and placing orders, participating in pricing meetings and PRI management.

Quality: Refining materials for production, creating a quality control process, monitoring REACH standards, updating composition labels.

Lead Time: Managing the target delivery schedule, creating supplier reporting.

Management: Operational manager for the stock keeper regarding material reception (quality control, storage, archiving) and piloting shipments to manufacturers.

Project Management:

- ERP implementation: participation in defining specifications, customized tool development, testing, and launch,

- Purchasing tools development: specifications, purchase orders, delivery notes, quality control templates,

- Development of a maintenance kit for hats,

Production Management: In charge of managing eight Chanel collections: raw material purchasing, manufacturer selection, capacity and delivery schedule management, creation of technical files for production.
