Within the sickness daily benefits department, I handle the processing and management of complex cases related to sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, and insured persons' social protection. I analyze and apply current regulations daily, support employers and insured persons in their procedures, and contribute to securing rights and ensuring regulatory compliance of the files processed.

Creation and development of an HR consulting activity for VSEs and SMEs. Support for employers in personnel administrative management, social compliance, regulatory obligations, and structuring HR processes. Implementation of tools and procedures to secure and optimize daily human resource management.

Participation in the company's administrative management with a strong Human Resources component: personnel administrative management, employment contracts, employee file tracking, administrative declarations, schedule organization, and monitoring of the skills development plan. Participation in quality initiatives, audits, and internal process structuring, as well as CSR initiatives, internal and external communication, and crisis management, in a context of intense media attention around the group to which the establishment belonged, at the time of the publication of the book "Les Fossoyeurs," highlighting the abuses in the sector.
