Complete replacement of a Management Controller: closing, budget, forecast, management tools.

➡️ Result: continuity ensured for the entire fixed cost department, streamlining of tools and smooth handover at the end of the mission.

🔹 MGTECH – Industrial VSE, 2 days/week

Combined roles of Accounting Manager and Financial Director: annual and monthly closing of internal processes, strategic support.

🔹 SISSEL France – VSE, 3 days/week mission

Creation of tools and dashboards on Power BI and Salesforce, structuring of management control.
