MY SERVICES:

- Preparation of building permit, demolition permit, prior declaration, development permit files. For your constructions, extensions, roof extensions, facade or fence modifications, garage/shed creation, etc.

- 2D and 3D graphic representation for all documents you may need: drafting plans, sections, elevations, site plans, etc. 3D modeling with creation of your interior/exterior perspectives.

- Technical drawing: technical plans (fire safety, disabled access, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

- Interior Architecture: I can help you rethink your interior to make it functional and contemporary. From the creation of plans to the end of the construction site. I am here to support you in the choices at each stage of the realization; space optimization according to your needs, material selection, liaison with craftsmen, site supervision. (attic conversion, renovation, creation of a kitchen or bathroom, ...).

- Custom furniture / Layout creation: Creation of cupboards, dressing rooms, storage units, bookshelves...
