Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of major brands, my role was to ensure the smooth handling of issues encountered by different sites: finding a competent provider, discussing with the client about their satisfaction with the intervention, analyzing the quote, following up on the file if necessary, and tracking until final invoicing.

This experience allowed me to develop my skills in customer and supplier relations, as well as refine my knowledge of quote pricing, particularly in the electrical field.

Responsible for assisting sellers in the marketing and sale of their property, I acquired skills in negotiation and persuasion. I also developed my organization and diligence during this year.

Responsible for recruiting wealth managers, brokers, and real estate advisors, I interacted daily with candidates to discern their ambition, motivation, and skills. It was necessary to follow a proposed framework to maintain a consistent approach when writing reports for the directors I was in contact with.
