As a freelance consultant, I support VSEs, independent professionals, and small businesses in their ad-hoc recruitment and HR organization: defining needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening applications, pre-qualification, shortlisting, and structuring the process.

I have a particular affinity for small businesses, field-based roles, and companies in the events, food, crafts, retail, hospitality, and service sectors, where soft skills, versatility, and team fit are as important as the CV.

As an entrepreneur myself, I know that a failed recruitment is costly: in time, energy, organization, and sometimes in service quality. My role is to help you move forward methodically, without complicating your daily life.

I also use digital tools, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI to structure applications, streamline follow-up, create reusable templates, and save you time throughout the process.
