Management of study requests: reception, prioritization, monitoring of incoming projects, and allocation to teams. Design of a unique tracking tool to centralize study needs and improve visibility for managers. Organization and facilitation of kick-off meetings: scoping needs, defining deadlines, and clarifying responsibilities. Monitoring of funding, budget allocations, and coordination with business correspondents. Interface between internal teams and external clients to streamline information flow.

Consolidation and structuring of project data. Production of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project management. Facilitation of the information feedback process: collection, verification, processing, and dissemination.
