Context:

The Maison numérique de l’autisme is an information and services platform. It provides reliable and up-to-date resources on autism and the activities offered by the Maison. It also offers resources and services that only digital technology can provide.

Product Owner:

- Key contact person between different parties to gather needs and understand their challenges. Stakeholder levels range from political decision-makers (contacts: Elysée, Ministerial Cabinets) down to associations of concerned individuals.

- Coordinate and manage the project using agile methodologies (Sprint, Planning, Deadline Management, Backlog,)

- Manage several workstreams in parallel: development monitoring, preparation, execution, and reporting of project governance meetings, risk anticipation.

- Manage a state-backed startup: business development, CRM, product development, user interviews, product demos.

- Reporting and performance analysis at the management committee level.

Context:

- Overhaul program for the Transilien operations IT system, aiming to modernize tools for Transilien operational centers and maintenance depots (railway production domain).

- National H00 program to ensure on-time train departures through the implementation and deployment of standards, methods, and tools within maintenance sites.

- Implementation of scaled agile (SAFe) within the Transilien Operations Directorate.

- Establishment of a Data Office.

Role: Product Owner - Product Manager - Coach

Contributions:

- Gather and formalize expressed needs (users, business experts, H00 programs, Transilien Directorates, ...), by facilitating Design Thinking, Story Mapping, Personae, and Customer Journey workshops.

- Develop a precise profile of users and the benefits provided by the product to identify the most relevant features for each Product Increment (3 months) and each development Sprint (1 month).

- Create and manage the Product Backlog.

- Prioritize and write business requirements (EPIC, Features, and User Stories with their acceptance criteria).

- Plan product releases and manage delivery using agile methods: facilitate and participate in Scrum and scaled agile ceremonies (SAFe).

- Support teams daily (PM, PO, PPO, SM, Dev) in implementing and adopting Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

- Participate in the establishment of the Data Office for Operational Equipment and H00 Supervision: data mapping with stakeholders, data quality audit, corrective action plan, Data roadmap, relevant Data use cases.

Results achieved:

Successful deployment of the ODEON application to 13 Transilien depots, with 5600 satisfied users.

Considerable improvement in the regularity and punctuality of departures from Transilien depots.

Context:

IT transformation program for Groupama Collective Insurance (Budget of €46 million).

Role: IT Related Workstream Manager for the NOVA program

Contributions:

- Lead a community of IT Related Project Managers (30 Project Managers for IT Related systems): identify impacts, plan work, estimate and monitor the budget.

- Develop the adaptation roadmap based on the target program stages and identify resource needs (environments, personnel, etc.).

- Manage the progress of each IT Related system's deliverables, respecting deadlines, costs, and program quality.

- Report on work to program management and monitor risks.

Results:

Implementation of a reference framework for the management and monitoring of the 30 IT Related systems for the NOVA transformation program.

Some managed IT systems: Accounting systems (AISuite, Sigma, SAP), mailing production (DMS, Edito, Open Print), banking exchanges (SEPA, ...), customer relationship management CRM (Siebel) …
