Integration of a new consolidated entity in IG (Global Integration)

- Assistance and training for the local IFRS accounting team for the production of quarterly IFRS financial statements. Dry Run Q4 FY 2022, Opening Q1 2024, Closing Q2 2024 and subsequent until Q4 2024 potentially. Multiple ancillary data.

- Review of the individual consolidation packages of this new entity (all phases), accounting and consistency controls, accounting comments, reconciliation with management control and actuarial

- Securing the synchronization of SURF/ MATISSE - SAP BFC (IFRS) tools;

- Specific assurance work (asset/liability matching, monitoring of technical provisions and insurance result...);

- Support and dialogue with various data providers in the production of IFRS and S2 data;

- Reconciliation of data with those sent by other departments and communication with them (CDG, Group...).

Production of notes relating to IFRS12

Production of IFRS17 and Roll-forwards annexes

Production of FINREP annexes

Monitoring of subsidiary submissions (Control of packages, management of blocking controls, monitoring of consolidation processes and analytical review of contributing data.

Preparation of the intercompany transaction submission cycle.

Production of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards under SAP BFC

Production of FINREP annexes

Participation in closing procedures

Participation in the scoping of FINREP 2020 evolutions

Participation in the drafting of group instructions and change management work

Validation of the data model in the SAP BFC tool

Validation work of detailed and general specifications as well as acceptance testing
