Replacement of the Head of Accounting and the Financial Controller.

• Management of an accounting team of 8 people, accounting review of 5 subsidiaries.

• Preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets for the "Tomatoes" and "Clams" divisions.

• Creation of the German subsidiary: coordination with consultants, lawyers, and internal group departments, selection and registration with collection agencies for eco-packaging tax in Germany, and opening of a bank account.

• French Ecotax: implementation of a new procedure for upcoming declarations.

Luxant: Interim assignment.

Integration of acquired subsidiaries in a complex context.

• Replacement of the Head of Accounting for the subsidiaries: supervision of accounting, invoicing, treasury, and payroll activities.

• Representation of the general management within the subsidiaries.

• Implementation of new software: payroll, invoicing, and accounting.

• Reorganization of "Support" activities towards the headquarters.

• Ensured continuity of invoicing activities to finance operations.

• Treasury management: managing relationships with the Factor and Suppliers.

Based in Indonesia and member of the local management committee:

• Professionalization and motivation of accounting teams.

• Improvement of reporting processes resulting in a reduction of closing times by 12 days.

• Reliability of performance analysis tools and securing of processes.

• Management of the budgeting process, controls, and coordination.

• Implementation of an ERP: development of all internal procedures and master data modeling.

Responsible for the entire administrative and financial function of 2 subgroups:

o Management of a team of 15 people, multi-site and multi-country.

o Creation of consolidated monthly reporting with multiple dimensions and construction of a budgeting process for the scope.

o Implementation of management control, development of operational performance analysis indicators and margin analysis.

o Optimization of financial and tax management within the subgroup (transfer pricing adjustments, dividend repatriation, choice of legal structures, drafting of intercompany agreements).

Support in the definition and execution of strategic objectives:

o Divestitures: administrative and operational supervision (due diligence, negotiations, review of divestiture contracts, preparation of administrative handover, and supervision of divestiture operations).

o Merger: responsible for financial, legal, and tax aspects (definition of the merger mechanism, project coordination with the new partner, assessment of potential risks, development of the shareholders' agreement, and the integration plan).

o Creation of an entity in Sierra Leone: definition of the financial structure, operating procedures, management procedures, legal creation of the entity, and management of relationships with banks and local advisors.

o Investment under cross-border financing, financing supervision (bill of exchange, guarantees, loan agreement), regulatory supervision (coordination of local licenses and permits), and definition of the financing plan and internal cash flow repatriation.

=> Coverage of all risks in a context unfavorable to foreign investment.
