Co-responsible for the further development of the Tax Reclaim application, including form creation and execution of release tests.

Analysis and structured preparation of relevant data to ensure timely and high-quality processing.

Coordination with clients and tax authorities in an international context.

Working with specialized tax reclaim systems (incl. Confinale Reclaim Service) and acting as the central point of contact for the application in the business unit, including user support and coordination with internal IT interfaces.

Participation in the further development of applications, including the implementation of new forms and optimization of existing processes.
