As part of the convergence of KPMG and Rydge Conseil environments, the mission aims to consolidate the data & BI platform by structuring data governance, ensuring service continuity for business users during the transition, and strengthening the reliability and maturity of the Power BI / Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. It includes auditing the existing system, migrating dashboards and data sources, and implementing a data catalog.

My responsibilities are structured around a dual expertise: Data Analyst — modeling, development, and platform administration — and Business Analyst — requirements gathering, scoping, and specification writing — complemented by a cross-functional data governance component.

- Audit and mapping of existing dashboards, datasets, and data flows before migration

- Migration of dashboards and data sources from the KPMG environment to the Rydge environment

- Maintenance of new dashboards post-migration

- Administration of Microsoft Fabric workspaces (organization, access, security)

- Management of Fabric capacity (monitoring, performance)

- Creation and configuration of data gateways

- Creation of a data catalog (referencing datasets, definitions, owners)

- Gathering business requirements and facilitating functional workshops with relevant departments

- Writing functional and technical specifications

- Definition and implementation of data governance rules (naming, quality, access rights)

- Organization of user acceptance testing

- User support and coordination with IT teams

Modernization of Amundi's management control information system. The project aims to improve the management of consolidated data while reducing complexity and manual manipulations. The objective is to optimize data utilization and meet the growing needs for performance analysis. In collaboration with the finance department and MOA teams, the project includes feasibility studies and the implementation of technological solutions such as datalake, dataviz, and ETL.

My responsibilities cover scoping, needs analysis, specification writing, testing, and operational support.

Management of the implementation of FTTx management tools and the evolution of the I360 dashboard within Orange France's Intervention Unit (UIA). This project aims to develop solutions to optimize the deployment of telecom infrastructures and services for businesses. In collaboration with data analysts and technical referents, my responsibilities include collecting user needs, writing specifications, and implementing solutions in agile mode. I also ensure the technical sustainability and quality of the reports produced, while contributing to the development of KPIs and process optimization.
