– Content Score: Design of a scoring system on 13M products (SQL, Snowflake) evaluating the quality of catalog sheets, allowing Commerce teams to prioritize enrichments and negotiate with sellers based on objective data. – MF Control Tower: Construction of an operational control tower (Qlik, Google Sheets) centralizing key indicators (contact rate, late rate, refund rate), giving Operations teams real-time visibility into their performance for the first time. – PIM Activity Monitoring: Development of a complete ETL (Snowflake, Airflow) and Qlik dashboards to replace non-existent monitoring, allowing PIM teams to manage their tickets, resolution rates, and SLAs autonomously. – Design and deployment of Streamlit dashboards for monitoring promotional campaigns and tracking product enrichments in real-time. – Exploratory data analysis and large-scale data modeling to produce actionable insights for Commerce & Operations business teams.

– Creation of a mobile restaurant deals platform (React Native, Expo, Supabase) allowing establishments to publish discounted offers and customers to book via GPS geolocation with PIN validation. – Integration of an AI chatbot for natural language offer search, a subscription system (Smago Pass), and a merchant analytics dashboard with KPIs and reservation tracking. – Design of a data architecture focused on prediction: customer behavior modeling, stock anticipation, and sales optimization via ML. – Definition of the business model, writing of the business plan, and handling of the project's strategic decisions.
