At Alain Glon Holding (AGH) in Rennes, I had the opportunity to hold the position of 360° Communication and Webmarketing Manager for 1 year under Vanessa Boishus (360° Communication and Webmarketing Manager).

AGH, a dynamic and family-owned holding company, includes 8 renowned subsidiaries such as Brets (the famous chip brand), Le Mochis Glacés, and Ecofeutre, to name a few. During this year of work-study, my tasks were varied:

- Social Media Management: I managed Social Media for 6 subsidiaries, creating engaging content, strategically planning, and analyzing performance, while participating in photo shoots for impactful visual communication.

- Visual Creation: I created visual assets including posters, flyers, banners, illustrations, and publications.

- Video Editing: Passionate about video editing, I produced corporate videos, including filming and interviews, videos on QHSE, and employer branding videos for Brets and Tiliz companies.

- Employer Branding: An important aspect of my work was developing employer branding to attract talent to work within the group's companies.

- Website: I ensured the regular updating and optimization of websites to guarantee a smooth and intuitive user experience.

- SEO: I also contributed to strengthening the online visibility of AGH's subsidiaries by writing SEO-optimized articles. My experience at AGH allowed me to develop a global vision of digital communication and marketing, as well as solid technical skills.

At Web & Vous, I was able to leverage my skills in business development, telephone and field prospecting, as well as my abilities in communication, video editing, and Meta Business programming.

As a sales assistant manager, I played a role in the company's expansion by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong partnerships. I conducted telephone prospecting campaigns, presenting Web & Vous's services convincingly to potential clients.

In parallel, I also had the opportunity to carry out field prospecting missions. I met with independent retailers, presented our company, and established valuable contacts. This direct approach allowed me to understand the specific needs of our potential clients and adapt our offers accordingly.

In addition to my sales skills, I was also involved in communication missions within the company. I had the opportunity to showcase our services through video editing, creating eye-catching visual content.

Furthermore, I had the opportunity to do programming on Meta Business for our clients. My experience at Web & Vous was a true professional adventure, where I was able to develop my sales skills and strengthen my communication expertise.
