As an outsourced CFO and finance consultant, I support growing startups and VSEs in structuring and managing their financial function.

I typically intervene in contexts of structuring or maturity improvement, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of financial data and providing management with a clear and actionable view of their business.

My assignments often begin with an audit phase to identify weaknesses in existing processes (invoicing, payment tracking, expense management, accounting reliability, workflow organization). Based on this diagnosis, I propose and deploy concrete solutions tailored to the company's challenges.

I particularly support the implementation or optimization of Pennylane, by structuring workflows, configuring analytics, and aligning the tool with management needs. The goal is to transform accounting into a true management tool, reliable and usable in real-time.

I also handle the production of financial reporting, including tracking revenue, margins, profit, and cash flow. I build analytical P&Ls and dashboards that enable management to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

Finally, I pay special attention to process automation. By using connected tools and APIs, I implement systems to limit manual tasks, ensure data reliability, and improve operational efficiency.

This approach allows me to act as both the financial right-hand person to management and as an operational structurer, with a strong focus on results and practical, hands-on pragmatism.

After several years of in-depth use of the all-in-one Pennylane solution, I joined the ecosystem as a trainer, with the mission of supporting accounting firms in mastering and optimizing the tool.

I worked directly with teams (staff, mission managers, chartered accountants) to ensure the smooth deployment of Pennylane and guarantee its effective daily use. My role was to train on the platform's fundamentals (bookkeeping, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, VAT), but also to share best practices for improving productivity and reliability.

Beyond pure training, I supported firms in structuring their internal processes, particularly for client and supplier cycles, document management, closing procedures, and setting up workflows adapted to their organization. The goal was to facilitate the transition to a digital environment and reduce manual tasks.

I was also involved in more advanced topics such as the use of analytics, data exploitation for management, and the integration of Pennylane into existing tool ecosystems.

This experience allowed me to develop an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms, particularly in terms of productivity, standardization of practices, and change management.
